Refund and Returns Policy

At Rebel Frame, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and protecting both our collective and our members. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, funding a project, or subscribing to any of our services.


1. Digital Products & Services

Rebel Frame primarily offers digital products, memberships, creative services, and project-based funding opportunities. Due to the nature of digital and creative work:

  • All digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted

  • This includes (but is not limited to):

    • Membership fees

    • Digital downloads

    • Online resources, documents, or toolkits

    • Access to internal platforms, dashboards, or private content

Once a digital product or service has been delivered or accessed, it is considered used.


2. Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are billed in advance

  • Refunds are not provided for partial use or unused time

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to participate

  • Change of personal circumstances

  • Misunderstanding of benefits after purchase


3. Community Funding & Project Contributions

All contributions made toward community-funded film projects are considered voluntary support of creative work.

  • Contributions are not purchases and are therefore non-refundable

  • Funding does not guarantee creative involvement, credits, or project outcomes

  • Production timelines and outcomes may evolve due to creative or logistical factors

By contributing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of independent filmmaking.


4. Physical Merchandise (If Applicable)

If Rebel Frame offers physical merchandise in the future:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection

Custom or limited-edition items will not be eligible for returns.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • Incorrect access

  • Broken links

  • Technical errors preventing use

Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase so we can resolve the issue promptly.


6. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to read product or membership descriptions

  • Incompatibility with personal expectations

  • Missed deadlines or inactive participation

  • Force majeure or external delays beyond our control
